We certainly made the right choice in selecting Bill from Sweet Connoisseur to make our recent engagement cake. I sent Bill a few photos of cakes I liked and from that he created my dream cake. Very easy to deal with and organise the whole thing from booking to payment and delivery etc.
Not only did our cake look wonderful it tasted delicious and we received a lot of lovely compliments on it. I would definitely recommend using Sweet Connoisseur.

Look no further for your 'cake man'. From the moment we sat and chatted about our wedding cake I knew we were in good hands. Bill was interested in and accommodating of what we wanted. He was even willing to use my sticky lemon cake recipe!

We have just gotten back from our honeymoon and what can we say! Thank you SO much for your wonderful cake and favour designs for our big day. We couldn't have asked for a better 'cake dude' than you. We had the delight of eating all the left over truffles as we packed them the day before, and they were so delicious!
The cake we had a piece of each the next day (thank goodness Gunners' Barracks made us take some with us!) and it was also perfection.

Our wedding croquembouche was stunning to look at, but even more delicious to eat. Our guests took several on their plates and they were a highly sort after dessert. My favourite was the grand marnier filling profiterole.

I discovered Sweet Connoisseur in a random Google search whilst looking for someone to make my brother's 40th birthday cake. How lucky was I to find them as they made the best Snickers cake I have ever seen. So much effort went into it and it tasted amazing. It was a huge talking point at the party as it looked like a giant Snickers chocolate bar. I can't wait to use Sweet Connoisseur again and would recommend them to anyone.
